We have added PlayFrank Casino as EveryMatrix’s white label casino. In the meantime, the ownership structure has changed. The online casino now belongs to Aspire Global International Limited. As a result, the offer of the online casino has changed and I am showing what the new PlayFrank online casino has in store. The PlayFrank casino has been online since 2014 and was previously a white label casino from EveryMatrix Limited.
At the end of January 2020, the takeover by Aspire International Limited came as a surprise. Terms, conditions of use, and bonus terms have been adapted to the well-known Aspire standard.
In this PlayFrank online casino test, I repeatedly looked at the casino and tried to reproduce my experience with the user-friendliness, game selection, live casino, app, bonus, deposit and withdrawal, customer support, and player protection as transparently as possible.
PlayFrank Casino and the Experience
Although I presented the PlayFrank Casino in the first short test in September 2019, this test report has long been obsolete due to the change of operator. For this reason, I played again at PlayFrank at the end of January 2020. I spent € 25 to test new slots without a payout. For the actual casino test, I deposited another € 25 and was able to make good profits with Wild’s Frames and Honey Rush from Play’n GO.
There was a positive change after switching to Aspire Global International Limited: Play’n GO slots are finally available. The layout of PlayFrank has not changed compared to the last test. On the left is a menu that leads to the gambling offers, the login, and also the registration. The actual part of the website is taken up by a banner with the welcome bonus, the current winners, important information about PlayFrank, and the game selection.
The game selection also includes some filter categories, but you can no longer filter by the game manufacturer. This was previously possible without any problems with PlayFrank.
The move to Aspire Global International Limited also changed the registration form. It now consists of 2 steps, whereby you first have to enter a user name, a password, and an email. In the second step, you will be asked for your personal data, an address, and your mobile phone number. Then you are immediately logged in and can start depositing. However, you will be asked to verify the email beforehand.
If you are not logged in, you can test most slots in play money mode. You have to press the lettering “Try for Fun”. As soon as you are logged in, you can only play with real money.
In terms of usability, there were some losses due to the changes in the takeover. For example, filtering by software manufacturers is no longer possible. A bonus has not been automatically credited to me at PlayFrank so far, but I cannot rule it out. After all, it is an Aspire Global International Limited casino. I, therefore, award 4 out of 5 stars: slot machines and RNG table games
The game selection at this casino is a mixture
In the past, you could convince many small and rather unknown software manufacturers. In the meantime, the large providers have been integrated, but the small software manufacturers have been completely eliminated.
If you take a closer look, you will find that usually only a few games from one manufacturer are offered. Bally Wulff/ Gamomat offers, for example, Ramses Book or Books & Bulls. There are no other slots like Glamorous Times or Black Beauty. Play’n GO shows the same picture.
There are certainly Book of Dead, Rise of Olympus, or Legacy of Dead. You won’t find Dragon Maiden, however. The software manufacturer NetEnt includes Starburst, Jungle Spirit, and Gonzo’s Quest, for example. The classic Dead or Alive or the newer game Dead or Alive 2 is not available.
This continues with almost all software manufacturers and especially the jackpot slots. You won’t find Mega Moolah, Mega Fortune Dreams, or Hall of Gods. There is Divine Fortune from NetEnt.
